Nick Dodsley Estates has been established by Nick Dodsley to provide an Estate Agency service for sales, lettings and in future certain management function.  Nick has been involved in Jersey property conveyancing for 28 years working for major legal firms in the Island on Residential and Commercial properties and is a founder member of the Jersey Association of Property Conveyancers (JAPC) and is also a member of the National Landlords Association (NLA).

We know how a property transaction works from start to finish. Nick has drafted the original contracts of developments such as

We publish our InHouse flyer which details properties for sale.  We have also established our new premises at Shop 4, Eagle House, Colomberie, St. Helier.

 We believe that value for money is very important and it is not necessarily a good thing that you see the same properties in the local press week after week.
