About ND Estates

ND Estates is a Jersey Estate Agents established by Nick Dodsley to provide an Estate Agency service for sales and lettings  and management function. 

Nick has been involved in Jersey property conveyancing for 28 years working for major legal firms in the Island on Residential and Commercial properties and is a founder member of the Jersey Association of Property Conveyancers (JAPC)

ND Estates is a local company owned by Nick Dodsley and run together with Peter Morris and Steve Burke.

Nick Dodsley

Nick has 30 years Jersey conveyancing experience and knows all aspects of the Jersey property transaction. In addition to the properties advertised on our website, we also have instructions for discreet marketing.

Peter Morris

Peter works with us as a Sales and Lettings Agent is gaining a growing reputation as an agent who looks after Vendor interests but is knowledgable as to the applicants purchase requirements and tailors specific searches for clients.  Peter has succeeded in assisting Vendors marketing and concluding their sales in the local market with the minimum of fuss.

Peter is also chairman of the Jersey Kidney Patients Association.

Steve Burke

Steve has joined us on the 3rd January 2012 from another local Estate Agency as a sales and lettings agent.  Steve comes from a Sales background and has a clear understand of both Vendor requirements and those of our applicants.

Our website provides the perfect showcase for your property and we also use more modern media formats for showcasing your property rather than just the printed press. 

If you are looking for a specific type of property, it may be that we are able to introduce you to a property that is not being actively marketed. We believe in taking a highly personal approach to matching people and property.

We will always be looking for new and innovative marketing solutions and we make use of Facebook as way to keep people updated as to what we are doing at all times.

We believe that value for money is very important and it is not necessarily a good thing that you see the same properties in the local press week after week.

We hope that as our website expands that it will be one of the more effective ways for us to market your home.
