Registered Company No: 103135 Registered Office: Beresford House Bellozanne Road St Helier Jersey.

ND Holdings Limited operates the freelance conveyancing service for local law firms that wish to use the service. This service is limited to drafting contracts, title checks, site attendance and reporting to the law firm concerned.  ND Holdings Limited receives a fee for undertaking such work and does not provide this service for individuals.

Nick Dodsley Estates & ND Estates operate the Jersey Estate Agency side of the business.

We now also offer a Block Management service for property co-owners and landlords.

We also have signed partner agent agreements with national French agency, Leggett Immobilier, and other property partners in France and show some of their properties on our overseas website (ND Overseas).
