Nick Dodsley Estates has been established and is owned by Nick Dodsley to provide an Estate Agency service for sales and lettings. Nick has been involved in Jersey property conveyancing for 30 years working for major legal firms in the Island on Residential and Commercial properties and is a founder member of the Jersey Association of Property Conveyancers (JAPC).

He was responsible for drafting many development contracts and dealing with the drafting of Declaration of Co-Ownership of Apartments. Having dealt with many Estate properties and apartments he possesses in depth knowledge of the local market.  He is able to offer guidance to clients and prospective clients, to both Vendors and Purchasers on the process of the transaction.

Nick deals with the freelance conveyancing side of ND Holdings Limited and also deals with the partnership agreements with overseas agencies for ND Estates overseas business.

Nick has, like many people, also bought and sold properties so understands the stresses and strains of the property transaction both as a landlord and as a private buyer.  In addition to this he has dealt with hundreds of property transactions locally through his conveyancing experience as well as many commercial transactions.

He is able to bring that knowledge to the latter stages of the more difficult aspects of property sales.

Peter Morris brings a wealth of experience of Business Development and Marketing at Senior level working previously in a major local company on international projects.  He is acting a Sales and Letting agent and also now has direct input on our future business strategy.   Peter deals with all the local properties on the Estate Agency side and is developing a solid reputation with Vendors and Purchasers.
