We announce that we have signed a partnership deal with Leggett Immobilier of France to advertise and co-operate on French property sales. On the majority of properties shown on our website in France will now be offered through Leggett and we will arrange for agents in France to meet with clients to view properties. Initially we are concentrating on Brittany but shortly will expand the offer to wider areas of France. In due course we will be discussing possible property shows here in Jersey showcasing select properties in France. In addition if you have a property you wish to advertise in Jersey and in France then please do contact us and see if you can benefit from our arrangement with Leggett. We are committing to only one portal which is the JEP Housefinder site and have made a decision to withdraw from the other sites. This is due to the fact that e-mails from some sites are only sent to selected Estate agents and therefore customers are not seeing the full market. Therefore we encourage registration on our own site. We have also re-arranged and decided upon the Solicitors we will recommend referrals to.

We are pleased to announce that we have been joined by Peter de las Casas, as an exclusive consultant, and Jasmine Brochet.
Peter de las Casas brings 26 years local and International Real Estate experience having previously held the positions of Managing Director of Hamptons, Gothard and Trevor and subsequently as an executive director of Hamptons International main board and as owner for the past 11 years of Peter de las Casas Estates.
Jasmine Brochet, who joins the business on 5th October 2009, has, for the past 20 years has been involved in the running of local interior design, lighting and furnishing business “Light & Shade” and will work in all areas of the Local market and she will maintain close links with Light & Shade, so that buyers and sellers can benefit from her expertise in this area and also from offers available from time to time in conjunction with Light & Shade.
