For sales we generally work on a no sale no fee basis and we focus on new technology whilst not ignoring the traditional forms of media.  We advertise extensively with Google and Facebook and make use of our own database and e-mail marketing system.

We have established links with Jersey lawyers to offer a more comprehensive service and we can assist you with your property transaction from start to finish.  The fee structure for the lawyers is set by the lawyer direct with the client.  We also recommend law firms.

Of course we also know most of the conveyancing lawyers and conveyancers in Jersey and therefore can guide you through your transaction to start to finish in the knowledge that the lawyers and conveyancers that we recommend also know that we know what we are talking about and will provide you with a comprehensive property service.
