Our freelance conveyancing service is operated for local lawyers and provides an independent service for conveyancing particularly for lawyers who have no conveyancing department. We carry full professional indemnity insurance for this service.
We work 7 days a week and can progress your property transaction in conjunction with your lawyer as quickly as you wish it to work and we are contactable through your lawyer and we provide your lawyer with updates as soon as we are asked.

All our researches are kept on our server and storage and therefore we are now building a strong repository of Jersey property research.
Our fees are charged to the lawyer on a percentage or time basis according to each case and the lawyers client deals directly with the lawyer.
We do not undertake work where we percieve there to be a conflict unless a specific remit is given by the lawyer to allow the work to be undertaken.
Of course if we are acting for you as a freehold seller we can undertake the work for your draft contract in association with your lawyer and we also have a very good idea if problems arise in your sale and are able to suggest effective solutions for you.
