Letting Fee

We will endeavour to let your property and will produce a lease and obtain references for a fee at varying rates commencing at 5% of the annual rental subject to conditions unless a different fee is agreed directly between us. The letting fee is payable on the commencement of the lease.  Our fee is based on the level of service required, details available on request.

Management Fees

Our annual single dwelling management fee for single property management commences at the rate of 7% of the annual rental.

We offer fee payment options where the annual  letting management can be spread out over the term of a years letting.
