Our Jersey fees are generally charged from between 1.5% and 2% of the sale consideration and are set by us on the basis of our meeting with you and discussing the level of service you require and the fee is ultimately set by the owner of the business. 

Sole Agency

In order to take advantage of our sole agency offers you will have to ensure that you are not signed up by agreement on a sole or multiple agency basis with any other agency.

• Sign board (if required)

• Viewings: ND Estates negotiators to show interested parties, introduced by ND Estates, around the property. Viewings arranged by ND Estates by appointment only.
• ND Estates undertake all negotiations.
  

 Multi Agency

Our multi agency rates are negotiable dependent upon the number of agencies you have instructed and the fee is decided and agreed with you by the negotiator involved with your transaction.  Generally our multi agency rate will be between 1.75% and 2% but again this is subject to discussion between us and to a final decision by the owner of the business.  Please contact us or call in for further details.
