The Sales Service

Our sales service is designed to offer you the full Estate Agency service and to provide you with value for money.

Instruction

When you instruct us to visit your property we will also look at your contract, where appropriate, and make you aware at an early stage of anything which may be an issue in respect of the boundaries at your property.

All properties listed for sale with us are visited by us and photographed by us.  We do not take photos using mobile phones.  We currently use Panasonic Lumix Cameras together with laser measuring equipment.

Audio Tours

For new sole agency instructions we offer audio tours of your property which as a virtual tour professional describing your property. We are  now able to offer sellers the chance to showcase their property with a professional voiceover on our website.

The aim of the audiotour ­ which was only introduced to the UK last year is to help a potential buyer gain a better perspective into what the property offers with running commentary given as it is viewed online.  If you wish to sell your property with us and make use of this feature please contact us. 

Audio Tours are being used by major Estate agencies in the UK such as Your-Move, Reed Rains,  and Connells.  

*Audio Tours are available if you are with us on a multi agency package however we would charge a fee for an audio tour, details are available on request.

Advertising

We have a current advertising campaign with the JEP and have recently diverted our spend away from the printed media .  We believe the photos are of poor quality and therefore all users are directed to our website.

We make extensive use of our Internet site and your property will appear on local property portals. 

Database Mailout

We are building up a database of applicants and on each instruction we e-mail out details of the new instruction.

Facebook

You property is automatically listed on our Facebook page

Mobile Site

For users with Smart Phones and suitable mobile phones we have a new site specifically designed for mobiles.

Viewings & Open Viewings

We have conducted over a years worth of Open viewing research advertising in the JEP and believe that open viewings only really work in a buoyant market.  At the moment whilst the market is picking up we believe selected viewings using the traditional method of giving an applicant time to see your whom is the best way of viewing your home

Telephone

We don't just wait for the telephone to ring.  We maintain constant dialogue with all applicants to see whether the properties we are sending them are suitable and also rather than discard the e-mail because we have visited the property we can explain the property to them and often obtain a viewing.
