Accompanied Viewings

We will conduct accompanied viewings around a property where the owner has granted us access to the property. The viewing will be arranged in conjunction with the owner of a property and will take place at a time which is suitable both to the owner and prospective viewer.  We conduct viewings in the lunch hour and can arrange to drive you to the viewing.

Open Viewings

We have been conducting open viewings since we opened for business in September 2009.  However unless the properties are really bargains, such as a bungalow at Clos des Sables which we sold last autumn for £345,000, the viewings are sparsely attended.  This is hardly surprising given the number of properties on the market but more importantly that sometimes on a Friday

So we do conduct open viewings where specifically requested to by the Vendor of a property.  We do however conduct weekend viewings and either Nick, Peter or Alison will conduct these at short notice depending who is available.

Our open viewings are advertised on local portals and also on our website and via a strip banner in the Jersey evening post.
