The local area is beautiful and less than half an hour from the Emerald Coast with its clean sandy beaches and safe swimming. Lamballe is the nearest town and has a weekly market, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants amongst its half timbered buildings. It's also famous as the home of Brittany's working horse breeding and training centre. There are plenty of really good schools and sports clubs and the area has a strong agricultural base which is really thriving so it's a good place to make a permanent home.
