ND Estates now operates its discreet Premier confidential home finding and relocation search service for clients looking to move to Jersey or further afield or those persons who already live in Jersey but are looking to acquire or rent a new property either in Jersey or overseas.

Jersey Property Search

Our local Jersey property search is operated by Nick Dodsley and Peter Morris and is available for corporate relocation and individuals.  We are currently expanding our service offer.

Our service offer is briefly as follows

Inital steps:

• Initial brief to search for properties
• Meet with you or discuss your requirements
• Property search not only with properties on our agency but with other agencies
• Prepare a list of appointments and set appointments up
• Collect you from the airport and drive you around to the various properties
• Assist in set up of your hotel stay and hire car if required
• Collate and provide details of local schools and catchment.

Property search success

• Assist with appintment of lawyer or in case of rental property assist with lease
• Housing application forms
• In case of J Category rental liasion with employer
• Assistance with transfer of utilities
• Assistance with appointment of removal firms, if required
• Helping you with details of recommended restaurants
• Settling in
• Introduction to insurance and banking professionals

We are flexible in our approach to our Jersey property search and can adapt our services to suit your requirements.

We also have contacts within major accountancy firms who have a local and international presence and are therefore able to assist with advice both in relation to Jersey financial matters as well as taxation matters.

We have established important informal business links with two local law firms who can provide you with the introduction to those law firms if you have not already appointed a Jersey lawyer in order that you can obtain the legal advice you are looking for in relation to Jersey property.

Overseas

In respect of property overseas we work in association with our partners and specialist home finders who will assist us in the location of Overseas properties.  The people we use in our overseas property search specialise in specific areas and are able to assist with Guernsey property, Swiss and French Ski properties and also properties in the Caribbean.
