We are able to offer a complimentary research service to prospective purchasers for whom we have been appointed as retained agents.

Nick has dealt with many substantial Jersey residences during his career and through that knowledge may already know the title or details of the property you are considering purchasing.

Where you may have identified a property, as part of our service level,  we will take a preliminary look at the title to the Property using the Public Registry system and to view the contracts of the property so that you are made aware at an early stage of any building restrictions or other restrictions or rights of way which may affect your decision to purchase a particular Jersey property.  

This service means that you have a good idea of some of the legal aspects before you instruct your legal team and we are also on hand to liaise with them on your behalf and address any concerns that you may have.

We also offer a complimentary research service for people that have already purchased and who wish to find out a little more about the history of their home.
