Purchase - Premier Home Finding

Retaining fee - This fee is payable upon instruction to our firm prior to the commencement of the Home Finding search. Retaining fees are fully deductible from the final success fee and are charged on a time spent basis with an estimate of the time for each search.   If any disbursements are likely to be due to third parties these will be advised to you at the outset for a decision as to whether you wish to instruct to use these services.

Our rate card is available upon request.

Legal Access - We can arrange access to select approved lawyers who will advise you on the legal aspects of moving to the Channel Islands

Accountants - We have contacts with major international Accountancy practices within the Channel Islands who have by the nature of their business an international presence and are able to provide a comprehensive service.

Travel Costs - Travel costs for the consultants are payable prior to travel and include accommodation expenses and all travel costs.  An estimate of costs will be provided upon knowledge of the brief to purchase.

Search length - Six months.

Success fee - The success fee is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price.
Payable - Upon legal completion or upon exchange of binding preliminary agreements of sale, whichever is sooner.

Premier Research Fees - If you are looking for a property in Jersey we are able to conduct preliminary research in to the title of the property.  Fees are payable in advance and are quoted on a time basis.  Our rate card is available upon request.

Rental - Premier Home Finding

Retaining fee - Payable upon instruction prior to the commencement of the search.
Search Length - Dependent on requirements.

Success fee - 10% of annual rent or an agreed fixed fee.
Payable - Upon signing rental agreement or upon agreement between us.

Property tours:  These can be arranged direct with our firm are charged per day for an accompanied tour of either Jersey or Guernsey or further aflield. Advice is given on property styles, local area information and schools as required.

This service is useful if you are considering moving to  to the Channel Islands, however, are not ready to commit to a purchase as yet. Depending on your brief, tours will be tailored to your requirements.
