Gas central heating is powered by a gas tank housed in the garden and as well as the fireplace there are a few electric heaters where you may need independent heat without having the main system on. The septic tank was redone in 2005 and the roof was completely refurbished just 20 years ago.
Outside there is a large wooden garage and mature gardens surround the house. The 3 horse boxes are wooden on a concrete base with a felt tile roof and water and electricity are connected to them. There is a small lane giving access to the stables without having to cross the fields. The fields are all adjacent, they have been recently used for grazing and are laid to grass at present.
