RENTALS

We are looking for rental properties in all areas of the Island.

Properties required are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and houses.

We prepare the lease and conduct the tenant check in and meter readings.  We generally charge 8% of the rental and if you wish us to be the contact agent for the period of the tenancy then our annual fee is 8% of the rental and can be paid in one at the outset of the lease or monthly subject to agreement.

We do not charge Lease fees at the start of the lease and we do not charge the tenants a fee.
