How ND Estates uses personal data under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018
This notice explains how ND Estates (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal data on this website — including when you register for property alerts, contact us, or request a valuation.

We do not intentionally collect special category (sensitive) data on this website. Please avoid including health, religious or similar details in free-text messages unless strictly necessary.
Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly market to children through this website.

Optional preferences (budget, parish, etc.) help us tailor alerts but are not always required. Registration does not always create a login account — it creates a service record so we can deliver what you asked for (and any marketing you opted into).

Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate DPJL safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses or other approved mechanisms) and/or an applicable adequacy arrangement, as relevant to each provider.
