Nick Dodsley, MNAEA, MARLA

Director

Nick is the owner and founder of ND Estates, which he founded in 2009. He plays an active role in the business, attending valuations, viewings and dealing with the admin side of the company and has extensive knowledge of the local residential property market.

Nick was formerly a conveyancer working in the local legal industry. He worked actively in conveyancing, starting his career as a very young junior in 1981, dealing with residential, commercial and contract leases of commercial property, and finishing full-time in conveyancing in 2009 before actively freelancing until 2017.

Nick was president of the Jersey Estate Agents Association from 2021 to 2024. He remains keen to see more professionalism among Estate Agents and that agents in Jersey have a good working knowledge of all the processes involved in a property transaction.

On the technology side, Nick has a hands-on approach to the company website and the processes behind our automated systems. He has worked in all sections of the business, sales, lettings and management, so he understands all roles from the ground up.

Joyce Dodsley

Sales & Lettings Agent

Joyce has joined her husband Nick, and her sister-in-law Jo, in the family business following a career in Nursing and after that in administration. Joyce already has a good working knowledge of the business and joined us in September 2022. Joyce assists with all aspects of the business and also conducts both sales and lettings viewings. Joyce works principally with Nick.

Rob Widlinski

Marketing & Photography

Rob joined us in September 2018 as our Marketing & Brand assistant. He also conducts the photography, graphics and animation side of our marketing. In addition to his marketing skills, he is our Drone operator and creates all our 360 tours for each of our marketed properties.

Rob also assists in the administration of our website. He is pursuing his Propertymark exams as a client-facing member of our team.

Wendy Cullinane

Receptionist & Admin

Wendy joined us in 2020 and is our front of house reception and provides admin services for ND Estates
