We undertake regular training to ensure that our Directors and Staff are at the forefront of developments in the industry and to provide the very best moving experience to you. All our staff have recently registered for either the Level 2 Award Introduction to Sale of Residential Property for staff with less than 2 years industry experience, the Level 3 Award Introduction to Sale of Residential Property for our Sales Negotiators and ARLA Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management for our Lettings Team. We will all be progressing these during 2020.

We are now in a lockdown situation due to the Coronavirus outbreak. As such this is the new normal. As with many businesses it is not possible to undertake our usual business.
We have added as many videos as we can to our listed properties and we have one, filmed last week, which will be added later this week.
In order to undertake some of our tasks you may now receive meeting requests or request meetings via Skype, Telephone or Messenger.
Our telephones are remain monitored by our call partners between 8:30am and 8pm in the evening on weekdays and 9-5 on Saturday and 10 to 4 on a Sunday so should you transfer to them, please do not hang up, but leave a message and your message will be sent to us.
For lettings management the Government has been clear on this issue in that it is only emergency plumbing and electrics. There may be either delays in services being provided for urgent circumstances and therefore you should appreciate that this is solely due to the Covid 19 outbreak, a situation which is out of anyone’s control and to ability to source suppliers.
We are all subject to the the Lockdown and Social Distancing provisions at present we may only be able to provide limited services or not attend temporarily in certain circumstances.
