We are members of NAEA & ARLA Propertymark and follow the highest standards and best practices for Estate agencies. We are also members of the Jersey Estate Agents’ Association and our owner Nick Dodsley is the Association President.

We are also an accredited member of ARLA Propertymark Inventories and can conduct inventory inspections in accordance with best practice for Inventories.

In addition, our separately owned and staffed Block Management Company, ND Property Management Limited, undertakes block management at competitive rates.

ND Property Management Limited, our separate Block Management Company, operates the property Block management arm of our businesses and is independent of ND Estates

Condition Reports

ND Estates is a member of ARLA Propertymark. We operate Lettings, Management and Condition Reports. If you need for a condition report for your property we are able to provide that service for you. Please take a look at this section for more details

Letting Only

Our letting only service is designed to make the letting of your property as easy as possible. We will prepare a lease and condition report but thereafter you deal with management of your property

Valuation

We are happy to provide a Free Valuation for Sales and Lettings and offer competitive sole agency fees and multi-agency instructions. We require properties of all types for sales and lettings. Please book your valuation.

Sales
