Nick Dodsley, MNAEA, MARLA
Director
Nick is the owner and founder of ND Estates, which he founded in 2009.
He plays an active role in the business, attending valuations, viewings and dealing with the admin side of the company and has extensive knowledge of the local residential property market.
Nick was formerly a conveyancer working in the local legal industry. He worked actively in conveyancing, starting his career as a very young junior in 1981, dealing with residential, commercial and contract leases of commercial property, and finishing full-time in conveyancing in 2009 before actively freelancing until 2017.
Nick was president of the Jersey Estate Agents Association from 2021 to 2024. He remains keen to see more professionalism among Estate Agents and that agents in Jersey have a good working knowledge of all the processes involved in a property transaction.
On the technology side, Nick has a hands-on approach to the company website and the processes behind our automated systems.
He has worked in all sections of the business, sales, lettings and management, so he understands all roles from the ground up.
Nick is also a Director of our associated business, ND Property Management Limited, which specialises in Block Management of Residential Property.
