Embracing the AI Revolution: Small Steps, Big Impact

We have been committed to innovation since our founding in 2009. That's why we continually seek ways to enhance efficiency and optimise our workflow. That's why we've been exploring the exciting world of automation and AI for some time now.

Our journey started with implementing practical algorithms to tackle those repetitive tasks that can bog down our day. Think about data entry, scheduling, and other mundane but necessary chores. By automating these processes, we've freed up valuable time for our team to focus on more strategic and creative work.

Recently, we've been experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Gemini AI. We're using or testing them for various tasks, from generating property descriptions to crafting image alt tags to assisting with our advertising efforts. These AI assistants are invaluable, providing quick and, in most cases, accurate results.

However, one must be cautious when following the system instructions. We have tried all of them. They are only used for minor descriptive changes. The trouble with AI in all respects remains hallucination. It goes off at a tangent that it is not asked to. It does not follow strict instructions, even when you create the documented instructions for it.

While we're still in the early stages of our AI journey, we already see some potential benefits. By embracing these technologies, we're not only boosting productivity but also opening up new possibilities for innovation and growth.

We believe that AI has the potential to revolutionise the way agents work, and we're excited to be at the forefront of this transformation.
